This creates a much more pleasant and productive work environment where energy is spent on our clients and our work, not on navigating office drama. It’s a solid company with strong values and forward-thinking leadership. Plenty of work, but recognition is lacking. Our team leader is fantastic at empowering us. Team dynamics are neutral, and collaboration isn't strongly emphasized. The transparent bonus structure is something I really appreciate.
