It’s a job where you punch in, do your part, and go home. Training was helpful but mostly informal. The training programs are exceptional, keeping us at the forefront of lean manufacturing and Industry 4. From onboarding to regular workdays, the process is smooth and well-organized. Training exists but can be uneven across departments. There is a lot of upward movement, that’s not unexpected in my role.
