The goal of the Kainos programs is to assist adults with developmental disabilities in maximizing their potential. SUPPORT SERVICES- recreational and social opportunities. Since Kainos opened its doors in 1974, the hope was to offer premiere residential support and training, vocational training and social/recreational opportunities. There were many pioneers who helped Dorothy make this hope become a reality; Diane Smith, Ken & Lorraine Tracey, Ann Baker, Pete and Alice Filios to name a few.
