Description General Function: Ensure that all programs are started and finished as scheduled. Performs program to best of ability to achieve obtainable goals set by YMCA of Central Kentucky. Provides a sense of control during scheduled programs. This will increase the safety of the pool for all participants, members, and their guests. The Swim Instructor will assist during emergency care in the event of an accident. Time will be spent preparing and organizing scheduled programs. Time will be spent doing routine maintenance duties as assigned by the management. Hours available: Monday through Thursday 4 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Membership service is everyone's job!
