Hello, Regan Kowalski here. I'm the dealer at Kowalski Ford. Many years ago I was blessed with the opportunity to have my own Ford store. We truly are family owned and operated. From my wife to Rich and Bob in sales and Sandy, Bob's wife we have family connections throughout the store. We have built a staff of just really good people that genuinely care and if they did not then they would not be here. From the time you walk in the door for a vehicle in sales we strive for a no pressure atmosphere. The person that greets you is the person that will be with you the entire process. We never turn you over to a manager EVER. Buying a car or a truck should be fun and a great experience and that is what we are all about. We carry that mentality into the Service Department as well. We are very proud that we have become a check and balance for other local area shops. People know that we will never take advantage of them. Kowalski Ford will never sell you a repair that you do not need, Period. Then there are the ladies in the office. We have the finest, friendliest and most helpful office in town and THAT'S A FACT! I have been very blessed in my life with my family and business, so I want to share one thing with you that I tell all my customers and friends.
