With great employees, they have the resources to handle volume but individual interactions felt transactional. I love the inclusive culture. Work is engaging, and the collaborative culture makes even complex challenges enjoyable. Employees are empowered to take initiative and propose new ideas, and those efforts are recognized and rewarded. Employees have access to excellent learning opportunities and support systems. Managers recognize potential and encourage employees to step outside of their comfort zones. There's limited opportunity for lateral movement or creativity.
