Job Description Job Description Purpose This role reports directly to the Clinical Director/Executive Director, contributing to the objectives of FR Health and its mission. While providing individual, group and family therapy, the therapist also develops, implements, presents, evaluates, and revises treatment plans; facilitates/presents educational programs to participants; and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and client-centered care and treatment. Responsibilities: Orient new participants to the expectations of, services offered by, and treatment plan s/he will work towards while at FR Health. Aid participant in setting and achieving short and long-term goals by promoting adaptive coping skills that will set the participant up for success. Liaison with family, friends, partners, and outside resources to create a supportive environment and ensure continuity of care.
