I frequently get to work with people from marketing, sales, and operations, which gives me a holistic view of the business. This organization values operational efficiency and consistency. We have 'meeting-free' days, which are fantastic for catching up on focused work. A true partner in success. Managers are professional, though some departments experience communication gaps.
