Responsibilities This is a multi-incumbent position that can be assigned to any functional area as needed within the Recreation Department. The Recreation Facility Specialist I (RFS I) oversees the daily operations of the recreation programs at an assigned facility. The incumbent promotes activities by providing information to the public on recreation programs available through all City locations. RFS I's supervise, train and evaluate various staff members (i.e. subordinate employees, volunteers and some contractual positions such as fitness instructors) for both youth and adult recreation programs.
