SUMMARY: The Senior Agriculture Scientist manages projects and provides technical support for residuals and biosolids land application projects. Duties include managing biosolids land application projects; initiating and developing relationships with farmers (primarily focused in Southcentral PA); developing and supporting client relationships (primarily municipal utilities); interacting with environmental regulators; supporting with fieldwork and developing plans (i.e., Ag E&S) at agricultural sites; analyzing nutrient, cropping, and soil data; and preparing regulatory permit applications. The Sr. Project Manager is also responsible for overseeing a team of employees including directing employee activities, identifying staffing needs, and providing mentoring support.
