As either an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside clinicians to identify issues, guide patients, and solve problems. Our CSS are the first clinical individual that our patient's work with and are responsible for a variety of direct patient care tasks such as gathering and documenting vitals, assisting in procedures, administering vaccines, and more. Our CSS team members have a very consistent schedule weekly and our goal is to have the CSS working alongside a set provider, although it is extremely important to be flexible as changes can happen day to day due to PTO, sick calls, or other unforeseen situations.
