The workplace culture is respectful but sometimes overly formal. While teamwork exists, some departments operate in silos, limiting cross-functional collaboration. They regularly check in, ask about goals, and provide feedback that actually helps me improve. I’m constantly learning from my peers and building a career I never thought possible.
