Job Description Job Description Oversee marketing for the Assisted Living communities with the company. Create a marketing plan for each facility to increase the census ongoing. Monitor and problem solve residents ledgers to ensure finances are received according to contract. Responsibilities: Maintain census with each facility with a plan for increase in census. Schedule tours with potential interested referrals. Follow-up with referrals by telephone, in person, and email. Schedule and conduct pre-admission assessments. Follow-up with each facility Administrator/Director on bed availability weekly at each facility. Follow-up with admissions process after an admit to the facility. Maintain and update marketing plan as needed based on the bed availability of the facility. Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the community.
