There’s little variation in daily tasks, but everything runs efficiently and with clear expectations. across multiple facilities, there's a strong culture of safety, quality and teamwork. Training programs exist but lack consistency and and it can meet all employee needs. Good place to gain experience, though not particularly innovative or fast-moving in terms of process improvements. However, the role can feel monotonous over time due to repetitive responsibilities and limited interaction. Working here has been a genuinely positive experience.
