While the benefits are strong, especially healthcare and pensions, compensation is average. Benefits, including time off and retirement options, are above average. Communication is regular but formal. Leadership values transparency and open dialogue. Collaborative, efficient, and always striving for improvement. Training is available, but it's largely self-directed.

Employees appreciate the company’s dedication to diversity, innovation, and employee well-being. I feel a genuine sense of belonging within this organization. There is a strong sense of purpose in the work, but limited engagement from leadership. There’s room to grow, learn, and build relationships. Strong team dynamics, although cross-department communication is lacking.
