Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in the formula development of skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, toners, and SPF products. This role involves batching different formulation trials in the lab to evaluate texture, stability, and aesthetics. You will set up and monitor stability to ensure the highest quality of products and check formula specs (color, odor, appearance, viscosity, pH, microscope) to ensure formula stability. You will collaborate with support teams (analytical, microbiology, processing engineers, etc.) to assist in formulation development and ensure the quality of products. The ability to multitask throughout the day to handle multiple different tasks of the formulation process as well as multiple projects at the same time is essential.
