Precisioned Components is a specialty welding and fabrication shop with emphasis on melt shop services. Precisioned Components is a specialty weld and fabrication shop that specializes in melt shop services. Anything from transformer connections to current carrying copper/aluminum air and water cooled buss, current carrying and conventional electrode arms, electrode holders, power cables, and any other electrified furnace components. In Addition to the Electrical Components we repair copper and steel wall panels, burner boxes, and various types of burners. Furnace types most familiar with are EAF (AC & DC), LMF, SAF, VAR, and ESR, however not limited to these alone we pride ourselves on flexibility and convenience to our customers needs.
