Job Description Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Work involves the technical and analytical work in the Office of the Treasurer, involving short term investment of City Funds, reconciling of tax collections, reconciling state reimbursements, preparation for the issuances of long term debts and assistance in the development of capital spending programs, Work also involves tasks in the daily operation of the Office of the Treasury including reconciling daily departmental deposits and work with the City’s Financial System. Work is performed under the supervision of the Controller or designee and is reviewed through daily interaction, conferences and observation of results and ability to conform to generally accepted standards and procedures.
