R.B. Everett & Company had operated from its Harrisburg location in Houston since 1911. The company moved to its new location at 8211 Red Bluff Road, Pasadena, Texas in March 2001. The new facility is located on 11 acres and includes a separate brick corporate office for administrative, sales, rental and accounting personnel. Parts and Service departments are adjacent to the executive offices connected by a covered parking area. Located four minutes from Beltway 8, the new location gives quick access for customers and a speedy delivery to all job sites. In the fall of 2010 R.B. Everett opened a rental store in the city of Arlington, Texas. It wasn't long after that their reputation allowed for expansion into a full equipment dealership. In the fall of 2011 construction was started on a permanent facility just north east of Fort Worth in Haltom City, with a completion date set for mid April. R.B. Everett & Company as a construction equipment distributor has been a member of the Associated Equipment Distributors organization for over 80 years. As an AED member, R.B. Everett offers a broad line of construction equipment, including sales, parts, rentals and service. The manufacturers represented include Terex Road building-CMI, E.D. Etnyre & Company, Broce Mfg. Company, Doosan, Dynapac, Genesis, Cedarapids, Tramac, Cimline and numerous others. They have represented E.D. Etnyre & Company for 90 years and Broce Manufacturing Company for 45 years. The management team is comprised of President J. Farrel Henderson with 52 years of service; Vice-President Dean Henderson, 29 years of service; Corporate Secretary Rita Webb, 47 years of service; Treasurer Dustin Henderson, 3 years of service . These officers also serve as directors of the company and represent a total of 131 years in the construction equipment industry.
