SUMMARY: The Facilities Team Member is responsible for working with the Facilities team to ensure all polices, processes, and procedures related to KARM sanitation and upkeep are accurately and efficiently carried out. This person takes responsibility for the cleanliness of our facilities while offering overwhelming Biblical hospitality in all aspects of what we do. The Facilities Team Member works alongside our staff, ministry helpers, volunteers, guests, and vendors to carry out facility initiatives and directives. They play a key role in facilitation and training of our Clean Start program for guests. This person also performs necessary tasks to maintain, clean, and improve KARM facilities.
