Job Summary: Cashiers at Burger King are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for ensuring that customers receive an efficient and courteous service at the checkout counter. Responsibilities: - Greet customers entering and leaving the business. - Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. - Scan items, ensure that prices are correct, receive payments, and provide change. - Issue receipts, refunds, tickets, and change. - Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information. - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. - Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
