Description This position performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and/or irrigation systems and equipment; performs general carpentry and minor building construction and renovation work; may supervise subordinate maintenance personnel when assigned; and performs related work as required.
