The name comes from a formation of springs located on our home farm on Muddy Fork Creek that drains into Lake Barkley which is the Cumberland River. We are an operation of dedicated management and dedicated employees, who from day to day, find it easier to do the job to perfection rather than just being average. We have been, and are still in, an above average growth period.
