Cultivation Supervisor (CS) will lead the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cultivation Technicians (CT-1 and CT-2) in all Cultivation Department processes and procedures at the direction of the CM. It is expected that the CS will play an active role in providing the daily care and focused attention necessary to maintain plants, assisting the Cultivation Manager (CM) with oversight and training of the CT-1s and CT-2s as well as performing department processes and procedures themselves. This position will operate in tandem with the rest of the Cultivation team's Production labor force but will manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technicians in the absence of the CM. The successful CS will work in close collaboration with the CM in order to synchronize timing and scheduling of cultivation operations and ensure that production goals are met routinely.
