It’s not the most exciting place to work, but it does offer job security and a professional environment. Advancement opportunities are available but often require patience and tenure. It’s clear they love what they do. Overall, it’s a collaborative and caring environment that makes coming to work every day feel worthwhile. Whether it's through new challenges, sharing knowledge with experienced colleagues, or formal training, my skills are constantly evolving.

Pay is adequate and it is exceptional. A dependable employer with clear processes but occasional delays in decision-making. What I love most is the patient-centered approach. The organization values employee well-being, offering flexible schedules and mental health resources. Care is okay, but delivery could be more patient-focused.

There’s a real focus on evidence-based care and patient safety. Not challenging, and it is not chaotic either. Management encourages open dialogue, and feedback is valued. Onboarding is efficient, but ongoing training depends on your manager.
