Not all serviced based production companies are created equal. The heart and soul of Stagewise Productions is owner, Jon-Ryan JR Leake. JR understands and appreciates the true meaning of customer service. JR has over two decades of experience in the field of Entertainment Production. In the early 90s, JR started his career as a Stagehand in Los Angeles. Through touring and working gigs in LA, JR gained countless hours of training and priceless skills to take with him as he moved with his wife and kids to Las Vegas where they planted roots. Spending 12 years at MGM Grand in the production department, JR diligently worked his way up to Production Manager. One of JR most discriminating qualities is the dedication he has to his crew. He has always believed that a happy crew, equals a happy client. Being the manager has never stopped him from jumping in to get the job done, even if that meant throwing on a harness over his suit to service a motor in the middle of a show. With countless shows, festivals, productions and rigging hours under his belt, JR decided it was time to pursue his dream of opening his own production company. To everyones delight, in 2016, Stagewise Production Company was born. With a passion for customer service and the knowledge he has gained through the years, JR and the Stagewise Production team will ensure that each client feels like a partner from the moment they walk through the door.

What Skills Does a person Need at Stagewise Production Co?

At Stagewise Production Co, specify the abilities and skills that a person needs in order to carry out the specified job duties. Each competency has five to ten behavioral assertions that can be observed, each with a corresponding performance level (from one to five) that is required for a particular job.

  1. Installation: The action or process of installing someone or something, or of being installed. the act of installing the state of being installed, something that is installed for use.
  2. Customer Service: Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization or may proactively interview customers for feedback. From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer holds towards the organization.
  3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting is a form of problem solving, often applied to repair failed products or processes on a machine or a system. It is a logical, systematic search for the source of a problem in order to solve it, and make the product or process operational again. Troubleshooting is needed to identify the symptoms. Determining the most likely cause is a process of elimination—eliminating potential causes of a problem. Finally, troubleshooting requires confirmation that the solution restores the product or process to its working state. In general, troubleshooting is the identification or diagnosis of "trouble" in the management flow of a system caused by a failure of some kind. The problem is initially described as symptoms of malfunction, and troubleshooting is the process of determining and remedying the causes of these symptoms. A system can be described in terms of its expected, desired or intended behavior (usually, for artificial systems, its purpose). Events or inputs to the system are expected to generate specific results or outputs. (For example, selecting the "print" option from various computer applications is intended to result in a hardcopy emerging from some specific device). Any unexpected or undesirable behavior is a symptom. Troubleshooting is the process of isolating the specific cause or causes of the symptom. Frequently the symptom is a failure of the product or process to produce any results. (Nothing was printed, for example). Corrective action can then be taken to prevent further failures of a similar kind.
  4. Presentation: Presentation conveys information from a speaker to an audience. Presentations are typically demonstrations, introduction, lecture, or speech meant to inform, persuade, inspire, motivate, build goodwill, or present a new idea/product.
  5. Problem Solving: Analyzing and identifying the root cause of problems and applying critical thinking skills to solve problems.
