Our analytics team can target and segment donors that will ensure the best results for our clients. In addition to managing data, Sunrise is constantly improving internal systems and implementing new technologies to improve the client's experience. Sunrise Data Services has designed and developed eSUN, an online tool that allows clients the ability to login and view donor information with detailed donation history and list reports. This system was designed with flexibility in mind and with client involvement it has helped to create a cutting edge system with the ability to grow to meet our client's evolving needs. The Sunrise team is client focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We are focused on leveraging new and existing technology to improve data quality, donor management, data enhancements and customer service. In January of 2010, Sunrise Data Services acquired Patriot Data Services (PDS). This acquisition allowed us to combine our resources and offer best practices between the companies to our expanded client base.
