Even when things get busy, the atmosphere remains positive and supportive. The teamwork is phenomenal, and everyone is committed to achieving common goals safely and efficiently.
Our ideas have made a real difference in production flow and safety protocols. However, enforcement of safety protocols can be inconsistent. Career growth is possible but often dependent on tenure. The production scheduling is well-planned, avoiding the stressful crunch periods common in manufacturing.
