Daniel Brown, along with his wife, Pamela, left Los Angeles to pioneer The Coastlands in 1984. After serving the church for 22 years as its senior pastor, Daniel now focuses exclusively on developing resources to mentor believers in spiritual leadership. Daniel's international ministry, known as "Commended to The Word," borrows an expression from the Apostle Paul in Acts 20:32-"Now I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the [kingdom] inheritance." His busy travel schedule has brought Daniel to such far-flung nations as India, Australia, Thailand, Peru, Estonia, Mexico, Spain, Israel, and the Philippines...to name a few! He teaches a variety of workshops for pastors and young Foursquare leaders. When he's not traveling to mentor and train our international friends, he's busy writing more chapters in his new book on Ministry Gift-Mixes and brainstorming new ways to get ministry tools into the hands of everyone who wants them. At the CTW website you can find Daniel's books, audio and video seminars on a numerous topics, which will encourage you, challenge you, and probably make you laugh in the process.
