They occupy more than 20,000 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the building that houses Kaleida Health's Gates Vascular Institute (GVI) and University at Buffalo's (UB's) Clinical and Translational Research Center downtown. The Jacobs Institute moved into its space in September 2012 and has 12 employees.
