A big part of our health journey was navigating away from counting calories. Summer suffered from disordered eating and could get very restrictive. Our journey has led us to eat an only organic plant-based, unprocessed foods (like everything we sell at local!). We feel that by feeding our body a rainbow of nutrients that are fresh, clean and all organic we are serving our bodies the best nutrients
