Overview: Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis. $28.25 - $31.75 - Based on Experience DESCRIPTION: Manages a designated group of nursing employees on a nursing unit and delegates/supervises resident care. Administers medications/treatments on the assigned unit DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works closely with the Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor in all aspects of resident care to insure continuity of resident care. Assumes responsibility for the care delivered on assigned shift, in the absence of the Nurse Manager. Administers medications and charting of same in the appropriate places. Performs treatments, etc. and charting of same in the appropriate places. Supervises and instructs CNA's in the performance of their duties. Makes rounds to evaluate resident status. Must be available to periodically work more than eight (8) hours per day, or more than forty (40) hours per week.
