JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) directs, organizes, develops, and evaluates all organizational service delivery activities and clinical operations at Tepeyac Community Health Center. The COO is responsible for operational excellence, innovation, and creating a positive workplace culture. The COO is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s operational systems, processes, workflows, policies, and procedures. In partnership with the executive leadership team, the COO will develop the strategic plan for organizational operational and financial success.
