Duties include: • Mental health counseling • Daily Documentation: progress notes, individual and peer support notes • Taking the client to appointments • Follow up appointments as it relates to any hospitalizations or referrals made by providers • Upload physician order forms into Lauris after each appointment • Upload discharge paperwork from hospitals or any providers into Lauris • Recreational activities such as taking walks, playing games and reading and following the calendar • Washing dishes • Laundry and ironing • Mopping and vacuuming • Changing bed linens • Preparing meals • Grocery shopping • Administer medications • Document on the MAR appropriately • Complete medication audits • Ensure all prescriptions is faxed to the pharmacy
