This individual will be overseeing 15 to 20 technicians, and will also be responsible for machine maintenance, communication with vendors, and will serve as the main point of contact for all mechanical issues and parts. This person will report directly to the plant manager and should have strong leadership experience and a hands-on background. This is a first shift role on-site 5x per week from 7:00am to 3:30pm and requires flexibility.
