The Medical Respite LPN provides compassionate care to patients recovering from acute illness or injury in a medical respite setting. Working under the supervision of an RN Supervisor, the LPN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient recovery, enhance health outcomes, and ensure a safe and effective discharge plan for homeless individuals.
