Clay ran a successful elk outfitting business for 15 years in southern Colorado. His frustration in the field, and having to bring 3 or 4 knives and a sharpener on each hunt made him think "there's got to be a better way. After several months of brainstorming and trial-and-error, the Wicked Edge Precision Sharpener was born in Clay's garage. 10 years later, the Wicked Edge is widely regarded as the best knife sharpening system in the world. We now have seven sharpener models, over fifty accessories, and three Pro-Packs which combine our sharpening systems and accessories to make the ultimate sharpening kits. The Wicked Edge was originally manufactured in China. Expensive tooling costs in the US were prohibitive and left few other options, but our goal has always been to manufacture in the USA. Over the years we've been adding American made parts piece by piece. Now, on our 10th anniversary, we are proud to say ALL of our sharpening systems are manufactured in the USA. It was you, our customers, who made that transition possible. Thank you for your loyalty and support. Wicked Edge is a small, family owned and operated company l ocated at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Santa Fe, New Mexico . While we use state of the art technology in our manufacturing, we remain committed to old fashion values in our customer service and personal attention. We're a small crew at Wicked Edge and when you call, you'll get one of us on the phone, not a machine that sends you in circles for 20 minutes. We love what we do and we are always looking to share our passion and assist you with whatever you need. Awards and Customers
