It is the purpose of the Yankee Clipper Council to provide the program support needed by the volunteer leaders of the various Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts and Learning for Life Groups in the communities we serve in Northeast Massachusetts, the Merrimack Valley and Southeast New Hampshire.
