ZGolf has managed the F&B at "Metro" since 2005. In 2007, ZGolf expanded Metro's banquet capacity by adding a fabulous tent structure. The tent is 3000 squarefoot, seats up to 275 guests and features carpets, draped ceilings, a built in bar, and two full walls of windows that look out onto the undulating hills of the golf course. This capital improvement project resulted in a tripling of the banquet revenues. The F&B department historically was a profit drain on the course, now it is a highly profitable operation. In 2012 ZGolf invested in the property again, this time re-landscaping the area around the ceremony site and then tent and adding a water feature to the wedding ceremony site. The 19th Hole Pub and Grille has also reaped the rewards of ZGolf's professional management. The golf course F&B averages over $7.00 per golfer, nearly double the national average.
