Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel services
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby area
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes

Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems to handle guest inquiries efficiently
- Strong hospitality background with a focus on guest relations
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist multilingual guests
- Knowledge of hotel management operations
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance the guest experience
- Experience working at the front desk in a hotel setting
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for effective communication with diverse guests
