Job Description

Our small. local office is seeking an accounting representative to join our established accounting team. A preferred applicant would describe themselves as efficient, organized, responsible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully in office, no remote or hybrid work is available with this role. The hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintenance of records for multiple accounts in accordance with company standards

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Processing of client and employee expenses

Basic bookkeeping

Preparation of quarterly and year-end financial documents

Qualifications

Quickbooks experience is required in addition to Excel, Word, Outlook

Knowledge of standard accounting procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to prioritize and multi-task
