CRM Program Director jobs in Allen Junction, WV

We are looking for an experienced Program Director to supervise our Recovery Point Charleston Program. This facility is a women's residential facility with a peer driven model of recovery against substance use disorder. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of Recovery Point Charleston. You will supervise program leadership and inform senior leadership on progress and performance. A successful Program Director must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

• Assure that the integrity of the “Recovery Point West Virginia” social model of recovery stays intact.
• Maintain official records and documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.
• Cultivate and nurture sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements with community groups, organizations, and individuals.
• Assist Human Resources with the recruitment, employment, and release of all program staff.
• Create and maintain schedules monthly for all Recovery Point West Virginia staff reporting to their assigned facility.

Skills

• Proven experience as program director or other managerial position
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
• Working knowledge of MS office and program management software.
• A business acumen with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A minimum of 2-years working in the recovery field is required. Must have a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
