Job title: Child Support Program Coordinator

• Update custodial and non-custodial parent information in ISETS, including employer and address details.
• Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies to locate absent parents and enforce child support orders.
• Ensure timely distribution of undistributed child support collections by working on relevant reports.
• Enhance data accuracy in ISETS to facilitate effective collection processes for unpaid support.
• Increase delinquent child support collections via the BMV lien process, providing customer service to NCPs and relevant organizations.
• Utilize resources like Panoptic, Justice Xchange, and Federal Parent Locate Service Portal for accurate information updates.
• Conduct locate searches for undistributed collections, research error reports, handle incoming mail, and respond to inquiries and emails efficiently.
