The Executive Administrative Assistant III handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Being an Executive Administrative Assistant III conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. In addition, Executive Administrative Assistant III develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a C-suite executive. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/ Family Manager to provide administrative support to our family. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and have the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
You will be working directly with an Executive Producer and a busy working mom. Help her get organized and stay organized and balance the demands of work and family. Looking for 5-8 hours a week commitment with flexible hours (weekend support preferred). This is a great for someone who needs extra hours for a part-time job, or a high school or college student who wants to start a career in tech or business and learn what it's like have a fast-paced, high-impact career and family.
Responsibilities:
* Organizing mail and calendars
* Organizing digital communications and inbox
* Scheduling and managing appointments
* Managing package delivery
* Organizing and managing special projects (kids birthday parties to work dinners)
* Procurement (shopping for items, and pick up)
* Managing and organizing home and office supplies
* setting up and maintaining systems to keep our home/offices running efficiently
