RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Data Entry
- Dispatching
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Company communications monitoring
- Administrative meeting note taking
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities
- Keep databases in check and update regularly
- Hands-on experience with office management computer programs (Trello, Quickbooks, Excel)
- Provide assistance with different bookkeeping activities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus!
