Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, serving tables, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about food and drink selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and server section, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service best practices.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in an upscale dining or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with sales techniques to promote special drinks or events is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the establishment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
