About the Position:
The Patient Care Coordinator works in the front office of HHC. This position is responsible to greet patients, answer phone calls timely, and process patients through the office to ensure a smooth visit. This position is required to provide excellent customer service to new and existing patients as this position is often the first interaction that a patient has with HHC.

Salary: $18 - $22 / hour
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
Raises are offered based on performance and skill sets learned. There is s defined schedule for raises that you will be given so you will know exactly what to expect as well as how to accelerate the process.
PTO and Sick leave accrue upon being hired.
Supplemental Insurance Plans are offered after 1 year.

You get a 3-day weekend! We only work a 4-day week, Monday through Thursday. A few weekends a year will be required, but they are rare, and you will know in advance.

Tuesday 8 am – 12:30 pm 2:30 pm – 6 pm
Wednesday Office Training TBD 2:30 pm – 6 pm
Thursday 8 am – 12:30 pm 2:30 pm – 6 pm
