    About the Position:

    The Patient Care Coordinator works in the front office of HHC. This position is responsible to greet patients, answer phone calls timely, and process patients through the office to ensure a smooth visit. This position is required to provide excellent customer service to new and existing patients as this position is often the first interaction that a patient has with HHC.

    The following are the essential duties of the job and may not include all other nonessential or peripheral duties that may be required. We retain the right to modify or change the essential and additional functions of the job at any time.

    • Help patients make and keep appointments.
    • Greet incoming patients in person or over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Maintain Patient profiles and keep them updated.
    • Collecting payments.
    • Completes administrative duties that ensure the patient’s visit is smooth, billing can be processed in a timely manner, and the front office remains clutter-free and organized.
    • Performs duties to achieve or exceed established service standards.
    • Maintains confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines.
    • Follow instructions and respond to management direction.
    • Ability to work in a group but complete assigned tasks individually.

    Position Requirements:

    We are looking for someone that has experience in a fast-paced customer service / reception environment and that wants a career with growth opportunities.

    Qualifications include:

    • Must have great communication, customer service skills,
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Must be comfortable in front of people.
    • Must be teachable and willing to follow detailed protocols.
    • Must be comfortable with math to solve ledger imbalances and calculate cost of care.
    • Must be interested in healthcare and become adept at understanding chiropractic, protocols, services and benefits associated within the field.
    • Must have own, reliable transportation.
    • Must live within 25 miles of the office.
    • Must be able to work weekends a few times per year.
    • Experience in a Chiropractic or Medical office is not required, but a huge bonus.

    • Setting Patients on therapies such as Electrical Stimulation and Decompression.
    • Taking neurological readings with cutting edge equipment, including EMG, Thermal, and Heart Rate Variability.
    • Conducting health screenings and Lunch & Learns in the community.
    • Conducting Patient consultations to evaluate exams and care needed.
    • Performing orthopedic and neurological exams components on patients.
    • Taking X-rays - Training and certification provided!
    • Be a community liaison by Meeting community leaders and developing new relationships through chamber events and networking groups.

    Pay & Perks

    Salary: $18 - $22 / hour

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.

    Raises are offered based on performance and skill sets learned. There is s defined schedule for raises that you will be given so you will know exactly what to expect as well as how to accelerate the process.

    PTO and Sick leave accrue upon being hired.

    Supplemental Insurance Plans are offered after 1 year.

    Comprehensive chiropractic is provided to all employees and immediate family!

    You get a 3-day weekend! We only work a 4-day week, Monday through Thursday. A few weekends a year will be required, but they are rare, and you will know in advance.

    Monday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm 2:30 pm – 6 pm

    Tuesday 8 am – 12:30 pm 2:30 pm – 6 pm

    Wednesday Office Training TBD 2:30 pm – 6 pm

    Thursday 8 am – 12:30 pm 2:30 pm – 6 pm
