Contributes to the development, implementation, administration and measurement of total quality management programs, including Six Sigma initiatives. Being a Lean/Six Sigma Senior Specialist typically requires a bachelor's degree. Coordinates with production, operations, customer service and other functions to implement programs. In addition, Lean/Six Sigma Senior Specialist typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
