Oversees the activities and work products of subordinate attorneys. Additionally, Managing Attorney - Litigation monitors case status, timelines, and issues. Mentors and coaches attorneys and implements staff professional development programs. Requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to top legal executive.
