Defines performance metrics to measure and assess the success of a product. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director understands market trends, customer behavior, and new technologies to improve existing products or identify potential new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Product/Brand Management Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
